This service enables you to work with trained professionals to make home modifications, like grab rails or portable ramps, to reduce difficulty navigating your home and minimise the safety risks.
TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT
Our travel/transport service can help you reach your workplace, attend classes, or participate in community activities. We can facilitate access to the bus designed for people with disabilities or have a carer accompany you during travel.
